Braid Advisory was born out of a need to bring more fulfillment in my career. Having been in a full-time corporate environment for more than 25 years, I wanted a stronger say in the work I was doing, style, and schedule.

I want to help people succeed…period.

This is the thread that binds most of the jobs I’ve chosen over my career. It’s shown up in a variety of ways:

• Improving a process for employees or customers

• Teaching students new concepts and skills

• Supporting employees through a major change

• Creating models and constructs to enable others to do their work better (e.g., methodology design)

• Coaching colleagues or employees through challenging situations or personal development
