Classroom Facilitation

I’ve been an Adult-learning practitioner for more than 30 years and learning is my true passion. I was even a teacher for dress-up day in kindergarten!

My learning facilitation experience includes:

  • Post-secondary education

  • Corporate education (discipline-focused such as project management, management, and senior leadership)

  • Shorter courses through to full-week durations

  • Single event and cohort/ongoing courses

  • Small group (<10) up to conference events (200+)

  • Virtual and in-person delivery

Workshop Facilitation

Workshop facilitation is a function that allows me to stretch both learning and consulting muscles concurrently. I can participate solely in the function as the facilitator but ideally participate in the design process too.

My workshop facilitation experience includes:

  • Team building activities

  • Full-week Kaizen events (Lean Six Sigma)

  • Current and future state process mapping

  • Change Management workshops (e.g., kick-offs, etc.)

  • Project kick-offs

  • Virtual and in-person
